Q: Are there any extra fees that I will have to pay on top of the listed price?
A: No additional fees or charges.
Q: Should I print a receipt to show the captain?
A: No need to print the ticket, you can show the electronic ticket/ receipt when boarding.
Q: How much does it cost to do a private charter?
A: Private charters vary according to your needs, please call us on +356 99490383 or send us a message so we can accommodate to your budget.
Q: Do you accept card payments on the boat?
A: No, we only accept cash payments or Revolut at our snack bar.
Preperation
Q: What should I wear?
A: Beach ready, swimwear, shorts, t-shirt & a hat. We recommend a light jacket too for the evening or to cover you from the sun.
Q: What do I need to bring?
A: Safety first so bring sun protection and a towel if you choose to swim.
Q: Where is the starting point and at time?
A: Starting point at Bugibba Jetty (Dawret Il-Gzejjer Bugibba Jetty, St Paul's Bay).For day cruises boarding begins at 9:30am and closes at 9:50am, we depart at 10:00am sharp. For our evening sunset cruises we begin boarding at 5:15pm and closes at 5:25pm, we depart at 5:30pm sharp.
Q: If we are going to be late can you hold the boat for us?
A: No,we run on a very strict time schedule to ensure our tours operate smoothly, we advise you to be at the boat 30 minutes before departure as we can not hold the boat.
Reservation
Q: What is your refund and cancellation policy?
A: Refunds are given for bad weather on the captain's orders and if the boat does not reach the tour capacity. Clients will lose their deposit if they choose to cancel on their own accord.
Q: Do I have to make a reservation or can I just show up?
A: You must make a reservation, if you arrive on the day the boat could be fully booked and you will miss out!

Q: Are we going on the boat cruise even though it’s raining and windy?
A: It depends on the sea, the captain only takes the boat out when its safe to do so. Your safety is our first priority.
Q: What caves will we view?
A: It depends on the sea, the captain reserves the right to alter the tour according to the weather but we always do our best to give you the ultimate experience.
